Kim Ford is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in management, financial planning, and analysis. She works with all levels of management to “explain the story the numbers are telling.” For example, Kim has worked with senior-level management to develop five-year strategic and annual operating plans for communication to the Board of Directors and to operating management for implementation. In addition, she has worked with National Account Managers to propose product placement, pricing, and geographic strategies for key accounts. Kim also has direct experience working alongside the sales, finance, operations, and marketing teams to implement these strategies.
Prior to joining VGraham, Kim was the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for United WELD Holdings for four years. In this role, she was responsible for preparing annual budgets and mid-year forecasts, quarterly Board Meeting materials, and monthly reporting packages. She focused on Business Development prospect projections, backlog updates, cash management, capital expenditures, and KPIs. For over 17 years, Kim worked in various analytical roles for Community Coffee. She led the preparation of five-year strategic plans, operating plans, and current year forecasts and associated Board level presentation materials. She was an integral part of the Grocery National Account sales team supporting growth recommendations, product placement, and pricing analysis. Kim is experienced in providing strategic and financial analyses and guidance to executives while collaborating with all levels of management to address specific initiatives including new business strategies, new product ventures, existing business performance, cost saving analyses, and operation efficiency justifications.
