Barbara is a highly skilled professional with more than 30 years of experience in executive-level project and product management in software (on premise and SAAS) mobile apps, and business process improvement. She has successfully managed hundreds of software projects, budgets, and timelines, as well as process improvement efforts, for clients ranging in size from Fortune 100 businesses to small, local clients spanning a variety of industries, including financial services, oil and gas, construction, medical, and retail. Barbara has a proven history of building strong relationships with software vendors and partners to lead successful software integrations and streamline operations.
In her role at V. Graham, Barbara leads the implementation of software integration projects, works closely with clients in the public and private sectors to improve and automate operational business processes, and coordinates training efforts to support the successful adoption of new systems and technologies. Barbara is adept in identifying business requirements, defining business processes, and developing SOPs to streamline workflows and build operational efficiencies.
Prior to joining V. Graham in 2019, Barbara served as Project Manager and Competency Manager for Project Management at Envoc, an award-winning digital marketing & software development firm, where she led the design, development, and launch of two of the company’s products: Spotter, a mobile app for inspections and BubbleVision, a web-based bubble sheet grading software. Barbara was responsible for developing and executing the post-launch marketing, sales and product roadmaps. She has previously served as Director of Product Management for CRIF Lending Solutions and Equifax Enabling Technologies where she was responsible for setting the strategic direction and developing the roadmap of the CRIF ACTion suite of loan origination systems, totaling nine products across 600 clients (47+ million annual revenue).
